  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit Lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
