Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango, diced
- 1 cup Black beans, cooked rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small Jalapeño, minced optional
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, black beans, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
