Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Mango puree
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix mango puree, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
