  • 1 cup Vegan chicken substitute, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the vegan chicken substitute and cook until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add diced mango, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the mango is soft and flavors are well combined.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
