  • 0.5 cup coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, shredded coconut, coconut flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
