Mango Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
 - 0.5 cup chia seeds
 - 1 cup mango puree
 - 2 tablespoon maple syrup
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
 
In a bowl, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, layer with mango puree.
