Mango Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Agar agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and agar agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until agar agar is completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into molds or serving glasses, filling halfway.
  5. 5. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for about 10 minutes until it starts to set.
  6. 6. Pour mango puree on top and refrigerate for another 2 hours or until fully set.
