  • 2 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions 

  1. Add mango chunks, coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
