  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend mango puree, maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour mixture into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. 3. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
