Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango puree
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until agar-agar is completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend with mango puree until smooth.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
