  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mango, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
