- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking continuously.
3. Add Dijon mustard and minced garlic, whisk until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
