- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
