Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Delicious vegan Brussels sprouts with a sweet maple glaze.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
 - ¼ cup maple syrup
 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
 
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
Drizzle over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
