  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
