Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
