- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
