  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine squash, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until squash is tender and caramelized.
  5. Serve warm.
