- 4 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt until well coated.
Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
