Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ball Pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
