- 2 Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and tomatoes.
