Marinated Flank Steak

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder.
Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Grill steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
