Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  6. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
