Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives pitted and halved
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Let the salad marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
