- 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked overnight
- ¼ cup Coconut Cream
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
