  • ¼ cup Coconut Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
