  • ¼ cup Coconut Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
