  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add cauliflower florets. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender or food processor.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
