Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, matcha powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine almond milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
