Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Agar Agar Powder
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, agar agar powder, and maple syrup.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in matcha powder and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into serving molds and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
