  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Add matcha powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the pudding into a bowl. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
