Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Matcha powder
- ½ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, powdered sugar, matcha powder, and salt.
Add the cold, cubed vegan butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough comes together.
Roll the dough into a log shape, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice the dough into ¼-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
