Matcha Tiramisu
A vegan twist on the classic tiramisu with a hint of matcha.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews soaked overnight
- 1 cup Coconut cream
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Strong brewed coffee cooled
- 1 package Vegan ladyfingers
1. Blend soaked cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Dip vegan ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
3. Spread a layer of the matcha cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of matcha cream.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
