Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 package Vegan ladyfingers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend soaked cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. 2. Dip vegan ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  3. 3. Spread a layer of the matcha cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. 4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of matcha cream.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
