This is a simple vegan mayonnaise recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
1. Combine soy milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and salt in a blender.
2. Blend on high until well combined.
3. Slowly add the vegetable oil while blending until the mixture thickens.
4. Adjust seasoning if needed and store in a jar in the fridge.
