  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine soy milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and salt in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend on high until well combined.
  3. 3. Slowly add the vegetable oil while blending until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning if needed and store in a jar in the fridge.
