Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine TVP and vegetable broth. Let it sit for 10 minutes to rehydrate.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the rehydrated TVP to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
