Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed lentils, breadcrumbs, flaxseed meal mixture, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and soy sauce. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
Place the baked meatballs in the hoagie rolls and top with warm marinara sauce.
Serve immediately.
