Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils cooked and mashed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Chopped Vegetables onions, carrots, celery
- 2 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal mixed with 6 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press down firmly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
