Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables onions, carrots, celery
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal mixed with 6 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press down firmly.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
