Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 large Zucchini sliced
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
