Melon Prosciutto Wrap Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and cut into thin slices
- 1 whole Honeydew melon peeled, seeded, and cut into thin slices
- 8 slices Vegan prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped
1. Slice the cantaloupe and honeydew melon into thin slices.
2. Lay out a slice of vegan prosciutto.
3. Place a slice of cantaloupe and a slice of honeydew on top of the prosciutto.
4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint.
5. Roll up the prosciutto around the melon slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
