Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and cut into thin slices
  • 1 whole Honeydew melon peeled, seeded, and cut into thin slices
  • 8 slices Vegan prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cantaloupe and honeydew melon into thin slices.
  2. 2. Lay out a slice of vegan prosciutto.
  3. 3. Place a slice of cantaloupe and a slice of honeydew on top of the prosciutto.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint.
  5. 5. Roll up the prosciutto around the melon slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
