  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, water, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. 4. Serve warm or use as a sauce for your favorite dishes.
