  • 4 ears corn husked
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  4. Remove from grill and drizzle with lime juice. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
