Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels cooked
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, corn kernels, breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
