- 2 ripe bananas
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
2. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish.
6. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let it cool before slicing.
