  • 12 pieces Mini bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mini bell pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
