Mini Spring Roll Recipe
These vegan mini spring rolls are a perfect appetizer or snack, filled with fresh veggies and packed with flavor.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 0.5 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pack spring roll wrappers
- as needed oil for frying
In a pan, heat sesame oil.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix well.
Let the mixture cool.
Place a spoonful of the mixture on a spring roll wrapper, roll and seal.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
