Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pack spring roll wrappers
  • as needed oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, mix well.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Place a spoonful of the mixture on a spring roll wrapper, roll and seal.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
