Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and vegan cheese.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
