  • 2 tablespoon Simple syrup
  • ½ cup Crushed ice
  • ½ cup Bourbon
  • 1 sprig Mint (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a glass.
  2. 2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. 3. Pour the bourbon over the ice.
  4. 4. Stir well until the glass is frosted.
  5. 5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
