- 10 leaves Fresh mint
- 2 tablespoon Simple syrup
- ½ cup Crushed ice
- ½ cup Bourbon
- 1 sprig Mint (for garnish)
1. Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour the bourbon over the ice.
4. Stir well until the glass is frosted.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
