Mint Matcha Ice Cream

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
 - ½ cup Sugar
 - 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder
 - ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
 
 
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
