Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Mint Leaves packed
  • ½ cup Pistachios shelled
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
