Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and maple syrup. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the warm coconut milk mixture to the miso mixture, whisking constantly.
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the pudding into serving cups and let cool. Refrigerate until set.
