Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Vegan Cod
  • 2 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, orange juice, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Place the vegan cod fillets on a baking sheet. Brush the miso-citrus mixture over the fillets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
