Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, orange juice, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Place the vegan cod fillets on a baking sheet. Brush the miso-citrus mixture over the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
