Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms shiitake or button
  • 1 cup Tofu cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 1 sheet Nori cut into strips

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the miso paste and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and tofu. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the chopped green onions and nori strips. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
